Prior to this day, I already had all I would write in my subconscious but it’s so awkward that at this moment, words fail me. I guess it’s because I have been hyper-excited; well, who wouldn’t be if they were in my shoes?

Firstly, in case you are wondering what you are in for, CIB is One. Kindly allow me fill you in.

The Brand!

In my younger years, I watched Moments with Mo (Mo Abudu of Ebony Life Tv), a program where inspiring individuals shared their stories. I saw myself fantasizing about having my own show as well in the future, I still do though. But while waiting for the future to happen, I decided to start CIB.

The idea has always been to have a platform where people from different backgrounds, religion, color would converge just to be inspired about Life and Living. My journey with CIB has taught me to make do of what is available today while hoping for tomorrow’s best.

African Spice!

CIB Heroes: Aloho, Ebere, Chukwudinma, Wadi
My Blessings: Josh, Florence, Nonso, Beauty
Amazing souls: Inema, Amarachi, Tochi, Simon

I would never forget those who were so happy about my decision to blog and have been exceptionally supportive. I am forever indebted to Eze Anyaegbu, Chinwetal Mokeme, Evon Emeka Edozie and the young man who helped us move to this new site(he prefers to be anonymous). Please, tell God to bless them for me. I am grateful to my two special blessings, Nonso Okoye and Chukwudinma Obiegbunam. Thank you for all you stand for in my life.

To Dr. Mrs. Ndu, Mrs. Egejuru Onukogu, Ijeoma Egbe, Alaoma, Osondu, Aunty Uwaoma, Uncle Samuel, Chizii, Oge Onukogu thank you so much for cheering me up. I appreciate wholeheartedly Mrs. Ohiarebu, Jennifer Ohiarebu, Grace Ogunleye-Wright, Helen Oguego, Kachi Obidum, Orejesu Ajayi, Yewande Kowontan, Odigo Ugwu, Clara-Chukwu, Azokalam, Pamela Nwadinobi, Emmanuel Anene(my sugar), Mazi Eze, Dr. Wornu, Yudee, Racheal Adefemi, Adetola King, Micah Essien, Chimex Mbadugha, Chinedu Ijeoma, Junior Nwakalor, Dr. Victor Ejike(my love), Ralph Collins, Peter Ohagwa, Pee Wokoma, Akinwa, Patience Chidozie and my ONE Campaign Family. May God reward your kind hearts.

To all those I bother their social media peace, from whatsapp, instagram to facebook, thank you for not blocking me yet. I appreciate the fact that you take time to push the link anytime it pops up. Thanks for being the reason I am still here. I love you endlessly.

Mummy, Daddy, Chichi, Onyii, we are going global, it’s a mandate! To His Grace, The Most Rev. Prof. Daddy Hezekiah (MFR, JP), thank you immensely for gifting me a brand new laptop to support CIB just like that (the full gist comes up next week). Sir, God has blessed you already. I am grateful and I mean it.

My concluding words would be to move on with your dreams no matter how insignificant it may seem. People would assume the positions of false prophets to tell you how it is impossible to achieve your aim but refuse their verdicts. Work hard not solely to prove them wrong but to prove yourself right. There are times to be accepted and times to be rejected but in all keep your eyes on the prize.

I hope you’ve raised that glass. Happy Cheers to CIB!

Till the next post, don’t forget CIB will be here till a very long time to come.

With love from,

Chidinma Ibemere.

P.S: I wish I could write everyone’s name but bear with me. God knows how best to thank you on my behalf.
